Lydia is a strong, spirited woman, who travels the country on her own, in search of herself. She had always been a loner who spent her life searching for her one true purpose... wondering if there was one. Her adventure becomes a misadventure when she falls ill and has to rely on a stranger for help. Her thirst for adventure turned into something else...but what was it exactly?

Having gone through what he considered to be too much in his life, Elliot decides that he is a failure. Succumbing to his sister’s pleas, he decides to spend some time in her winter cottage for the holidays, hoping to brood in peace. He did not expect destiny to play a trick on him, to bring a helpless and beautiful woman to his door.

The two are forced to face their internal and external struggles, as they learn how to tolerate each other’s existence and guide each other to a better understanding of what was happening in their lives.
