Quarantined Together by Dhara Shah
Quarantined Together is a contemporary romance about new adults in their 20s. Lucas, a young graduate student raised in a traditional American household in Texas, moves far away from home to Seattle and finds himself feeling attracted to Melody, a friendly frontline health care worker who already has a boyfriend. Despite the differences in attitudes and upbringing, Melody and Lucas get closer. The acts and perceptions of infidelity cause a rift in between them to a point that they barely speak to one another. When the upheaval of Coronavirus (Covid-19), a global pandemic, sweeps through the state of Washington, the two of them are forced to quarantine together for 14 days. Will the Covid-19 diagnosis change anything between them? Will the quarantine bring them together as a couple and allow them to see each other's perspectives? Will they eventually fall in love for each other? Or will it drift them apart even more? Will Melody choose to stay with her boyfriend or fall for Lucas?

When given a choice, do you choose your heart or your mind? Are decisions taken with your heart always right? What consequences are you left with when you do? What role does loyalty and trust play in deciding that Lucas and Melody are made for each other?

A tale of romance, friendship, sex, infidelity, and anxiety that will ride the readers through an emotional rollercoaster. What does the happily-ever-after look like for Melody and Lucas?
