The Enforcers are an elite group of government-sanctioned bounty hunters from the planet Crythius. They are sent throughout the universe to capture fugitives, whom they refer to as “Rogues”. In the early 1990s, Zegan Talone, the top Enforcer from Crythius entered Earth’s atmosphere on a secret mission. He was directed to locate and eliminate Rogues that escaped from their planet. Zegan does what is asked of him, without question, because he is the top Enforcer. The planet Earth is minuscule in comparison to Crythius. The Crythiusan’s technology is far more advanced than Earth, so locating and eliminating them, in the four-month earth timeline, without being detected, should not have been a problem.
