Nyla Brooks is a beautiful, strong, and independent 19 year old girl college student who hides herself. She transfers from NYU to a university in Denver, CO to finish her degree and to help her best friend/ cousin Linda with her wedding. When dragged to a party by Linda, Nyla meets Kaius Richards, the promiscuous and arrogant 34 year old. Unbeknownst to Nyla, Kaius is very power Lycan and alpha to the Evergreen Pack. Kaius is alpha who has never found his mate, but he finds her at the same party and his mate is no other than Nyla Brooks herself. Nyla is a human which angered the alpha tremendously.
