I wasn’t upset that I slept with Dylan, the new hot boxer in town. I mean no girl could resist his muscular body, swirling tattoos, and dangerous motorcycle. The problem was he happened to be my brother’s arch rival in the ring.

I knew they were both putting it all on the line to win this boxing tournament, and the last thing they needed was more fuel on the fire.

Of course, it would be great if I could convince my brother I don’t need his protection anymore. I am a grown adult, capable of making my own decisions...and capable of handling my own mistakes.

Is Dylan a mistake? No. There is nothing that can convince me that jumping into bed with him was a mistake. I know how to protect myself from getting heart broken.

Except with Dylan, nothing is ever that simple. In or outside the ring.

I can never let my brother find out I’m sleeping with his number one opponent, and I’ll never admit I bit off more than I can chew. But I’m starting to wonder if Dylan could be the one - or just a bad boy boxer playing fast and loose with my heart.
