This Mess We're In: A Lesbian Romance by Echo R. Brooks
Erin has a perfect life. She owns a successful flower shop. She’s happily married to her husband, Danny. She lives in a large house in a wealthy neighborhood.

But some cracks have appeared in her relationship, and it starts to fracture the rest of her perfect life. The fracture turns into a rift when she meets Jen, a mechanic. On a stormy, chilly night, Jen comes to Erin’s rescue when Erin’s car breaks down.

After that, Erin can’t stop thinking about Jen: her flirting, her wit, her beauty. But she can’t figure out why.

Until the two of them have a tryst in Jen’s garage, leaving Erin to struggle with an identity crisis, along with the fact that she’s been unfaithful to her husband.

But the rift between Erin and her husband grows as he tries to take greater control of her life. All the while, Jen tries to convince Erin to leave him.

It gets harder and harder to resist.

Erin believes they can’t be together, but she can’t stay away.
