Before I tell you how I came to love him, I wanted to tell you how my story started.

My name is Alice Lockwood.

My life revolved around set in stone plans. Without them, my anxiety would take over.

I’ve always been this way, because this was how my father raised me to be.

So when my dark fairytale began on the frigid, snowy night of December 13th, fear set in.

It was fear of the unknown.

But by December 25th, that very same fear turned into a intoxicating desire.
