Christmas Healing of Hearts by Rebekah Fisher
This sweet Amish Christmas series takes place in Creekside Mills, the same town that Rebekah's previous series, Kauffman's Kitchen is based. Follow the journey of each of these new characters, as they must contend through their struggles, but ultimately find joy and love. They may even be seen popping into Kauffman's Kitchen occasionally...

Leroy, a new saddler and harness maker to Creekside Mills, has Amish girls practically falling over him, yet he rejects them all, hiding a secret from his past that has hounded him with deep guilt and shame: his younger brother died in a buggy accident
when Leroy was at the reins, and he blames himself – as does his old community. He knows no one would ever feel safe with him now. He's content with the fact that he'll never marry because of this.

A young Amish woman, Sally Bechler, comes into his shop to have her horses' bridle fixed. Knowing he's new to the community, Sally tries to make him feel welcome to the community and their friendship develops.

It is soon discovered that Sally's horse will now need a new harness so that her family can travel the half-day distance to her grandmother's house for Second Christmas. It's important for Sally to make this trip, as she must ask her grandmother for forgiveness of an occurrence that happened in her past - one she deeply regrets. Her grandmother is dying of cancer and this will be Sally's only chance to see her before she passes. Thankfully, Leroy offers to make her family a harness - he knows they cannot afford to buy a new one at this time.

However... a circumstance arises right before Christmas and now Sally's relationship with Leroy is jeopardized, and so is the trip she'd been eagerly awaiting.

What's to happen now?
