Stack'd Against Ruger: Unfortunate Souls MC Book Two by Debbie Mitchell, Leslie Staffey
Michelle Burrow fell hard for Johnny Holmes as a teen. She brought back more than memories of her trip to New Freedom with her. She carried his unborn child. Life has a way of doing that to you, changing your plans for the future. Michelle moved on with her life without him, without the help of her parents, with no one. Raising Elle by herself was hard, but not only did she raise an amazing woman, she became the successful artist that she had always dreamed of.

Don’t get too comfortable with life, it can change on a dime. Hadn’t she learned that by now? The search for her daughter finds her right back where everything started, involved with the Unfortunate Souls MC. It doesn’t matter how many times she leaves Southern Illinois, something pulls her back.

Ruger Neroni and Reaper Holmes were best friends, hell, they started the club together after their time in the army. There wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do for each other. Fulfilling a dying wish was not as easy when other people were involved. Ruger gave his word, though.

While trying to adjust to endings and new beginnings, can two people find that friendship that they desperately need? Will friendship turn into love? Follow Stacks and Ruger on their journeys and find out if they had found true love after so many years.
While it may be possible to read this alone, the story will flow much better with the knowledge of detailed events in book one, Benelli's Elle.
