Nadia is used to hard work and stress. She wouldn’t have built a real estate empire without it. But when she starts having panic attacks after her 30th birthday, she decides it’s time for a change. She buys Sea Breeze House, an abandoned beach house in the small town of Periwinkle Bay and hires Jonathan, a renowned landscaper, to help her realize the house’s true potential as a cozy home on the beach.

Unbeknownst to her, however, there is a mystery in the house and it’s tied to a mysterious box of cash hidden in the house’s attic. While she and Jonathan work to unravel the mystery of Sea Breeze House, they are drawn to each other until maybe this partnership would turn into something more.
