Forever Fields of Timothy
David Stillwagon
Life has settled into in a comfortable routine for Katie Collier. Working on the farm and taking care of her younger sisters is a life that might leave her physically exhausted, but it’s a life that fills her soul with peace, just like waking to the rolling green hills of the Pennsylvania land each morning.
However, her former fiancé, Joseph, doesn’t agree with her choices. Even though Katie agreed to remain friends, he continues to act more like a suitor–including constantly voicing his opinions on why she should sell her farm.
Further trouble arises with her oldest sister’s young family and her in-laws. The Marlowes seem to be plagued with illnesses and financial woes. In fact, trouble is all around, more so than even Katie realizes, and ultimately she’ll be faced with making some of the hardest decisions of her life.
Will Katie find the happiness she’s longed for? And when tragedy strikes, will the two families have the faith and strength to survive?
