Frankie Hudson left her hometown as a teenager, vowing never to return. Twenty years later, she’s precisely where she wants to be: living in London, running her own bookshop. No time for love - but you can’t have everything, right?

But when disaster strikes her beloved business, Frankie is forced to break her promise to herself - skulking back to her parents’ house, and the town that she loathes.
