Perfect, Almost by Sandra ARCH
Since her husband's death two years ago, Alex has dreamed of a new beginning for her family. So, when she discovers her dream house for sale in Thelma, a small beachfront Southern town, it makes moving away from the only home her children have ever known easier, and she jumps at the opportunity to buy it.

Struggling with the sudden change, her children have mixed reactions to the news, but Alex believes the move is exactly what they all need. Thelma is so tiny that it only has one grocery store, one diner, one hardware store and one doctor, but more importantly, it has a very long stretch of ocean front beach. It's perfect, almost.

Alex soon discovers that while Thelma seemingly may only have one of everything, it has more than one hidden secret.

With the help of new friends, Alex quickly turns the house into a home for her family. They are warmly accepted in Thelma by almost everyone except their secretive and spying neighbor. After receiving threatening letters and discovering hidden journals, Alex suspects she bought more than just her dream house and questions if she will have to sacrifice her family's new life. Painful secrets, buried over forty years ago, are the last place Alex expects to find a new beginning. But, these journals have the power to change everyone's future.
