When Sigrid escapes her duty to accompany her master to Valhalla in death, she meets two escaping thralls, a Norseman and an Irishman. On their quest to save the Irish people from the formidable viking Ragnar, Sigrid learns that there is more to honor than pride and revenge. To save those she loves, she must forgo her desire for revenge and instead seek peace through Iosa (God) alone.
