When her aunt leaves her Woodford Christmas Park, complete with animals and a guy who believes he is really Santa Claus, Elly is determined to sell. But in order to make money she is going to have to make it look like a success.

The woman who hates Christmas is going to have to put on the Mrs. Santa apron, deck the halls, jingle the bells and fake Christmas cheer, even if it kills her.

James Kent can fix a leaky pipe, build a house and survive in the wilds on his own. But he has never understood women. None of his skills are helping him raise his two nieces after the death of his sister. He may not have this parenting gig completely nailed but he is determined to make this the best Christmas ever for his girls. He’s just not sure what to do about the cute, Christmas crazy woman who has moved to town and is driving him up the wall.
