Amara has found herself on the run from a lowly landlord and loan shark after the death of her father. After another unfortunate incident, she realizes that she would either have to hide, sell her dignity, or be killed. She crosses paths with a man named Joon who comes off cold with piercing eyes that could kill. To the public, this debonair bachelor is a charitable designer with a love of helping others. To Amara, he's nothing of the sort. She is eventually forced to pay off damages she caused to his car and notices that he is hiding something darker than she could imagine.
