Littles Cottage by the River Akira by T S Little, Lily Luchesi
Akira is in a verbally abusive relationship with Joe, her boyfriend of two years. She loves him with all her heart. She knows who he really is and no one can tell her any different. Not even her neighbors, who seem very sweet and are always there to take care of her. It takes a few events and some good neighbors to help open her eyes. Not only with Joe, but the things she’s missing in her life. Akira isn’t aware of who she really is and a large part of that comes from her past. Can she overcome that horrible past or will she wind up with Joe?

Isabell and Ben were in a relationship with an adult baby until she decided that she needed something different. It caused them to move from their hometown, using a small amount of the money they’ve earned with the stock market. They happen to move next to Akira and admire her as she has some little tendencies but is living with a terrible man that needs to go. They want to help the little girl, but will she be little enough. Can they help her see Joe as the man he really is? Akira is missing out, but she can’t seem to outrun her past, living with a man who doesn’t respect her. Can she find help and learn to let go of what haunts her, becoming the girl she was meant to be? Or will fate have something else in mind?
