The Ember Court: An urban fantasy reverse harem by Juliet Rose
I’ve survived the first attempt on my life, but despite the best efforts of me and my fated mates, word of the divine prophecy to save faekind is spreading, and not everyone is happy to hear it. Not only is there danger from powerful forces still, but court politics are making my life hell.

Can’t a queen just snuggle up with her four princes in peace?

Well, two, for now. Ezra and Aubrey worship the ground I walk on, but Vyncent is still keeping his distance, and Lucian seems determined to ruin everything for everyone.

Then there are their families. How am I supposed to save a whole race of people and make a good impression on four sets of royal in-laws? I’m going to need a lot more magic than I’ve currently got to survive the next attempt on my life, not to mention get practicing on my curtsey…

The Ember Court is the second book in the Taken by the Fae series, which features ongoing storylines, scenes of an adult nature between a queen and all her princes, as well as princes who will (eventually) love each other as much as their queen, danger and action, swearing, drinking, and other fun stuff. Medium burn, medium angst.
