Nestled in a quiet and picturesque part of Cornwall is Ocean View; a bed and breakfast run by Delia Wallbrook.
Hard-working and resilient Delia had promised her dad, just before he had died, that she would make Ocean View one of the most profitable businesses in England. But when a new hotel chain opens up down the street, she suddenly finds herself competing with a much larger business.
With her staff tempted by the lucrative perks the hotel chain is offering, and her guest bookings dwindling, Delia finds herself struggling to keep the business afloat.
The last thing she needs is the boy she had fallen in love with so many years ago to make a reappearance in her life.
