Afraid to Love by Don D. William
Bertrand Daniel has always been a serious student who had no time for love or any emotion closely related. He was not lonely or bored since he already had close friends. Entering a romantic relationship as a motivated student of Montclair State University in New Jersey was not part of Bertrand's plan. His deepest wish was to graduate. Not merely graduating, but graduating with the best grades he could. But our plans do not always go as we envision them. We can say the same thing for our dear Bertrand. He is a frequent visitor to the school's library, and he notices Judith, who comes to the library regularly. She enamors him. Who is this quiet lady who seemed to catch his fancy?

Like most people, Bertrand did not fall in love with just a glance. No, that is not the Bertrand we will come to know. He fell in love bit by bit. First by Judith's aloofness, then her laughter, her Caribbean beauty that seemed to shine out, and most of all, by her intelligence. In every way, she was perfect, his perfect lady. If only Judith would accept him as her partner and lover - the same way he had accepted her wholly into his heart.
This book "Afraid to Love" tells the story of two lovers, who are perfect for each other, whose deepest desires are to be together, no matter what life has in store for them.
