A Silent Leap of Faith by Saniya Sharma
In our fast paced lives, there comes a moment of impact when we develop a connection with that someone that makes us pause. A connection that brings a sense of comfort and of belonging. And sometimes, these connections evolve and make us experience love. But why does love last for some and not for others? Why do some connections break? How does one decide when to hold on and when to let go? And how does one muster the courage to let go?
Vedika, an ambitious Dubai based investment banker, finds herself accidently entwined in a connection that makes a rare impression on her heart. What started as a nurturing affair soon turns into a tempest. Confused and exhausted, Vedika decides to travel to Jordan to ruminate upon this connection. Her journey lands her in the company of five other women who are unabashedly open about their own experiences with love and heartbreaks. As Vedika explores the secrets of Jordan, she dives deep into the bond of sisterhood and her own tumultuous heart to answer that one question. To hold on or to let go.
