'What it is... ' by Samantha Ashdown
Jasmine Williams is a divorced, forty something, single mum of a nineteen year old student, who works at her local Police Station in the South Wales Valleys. Whilst discussing a dream holiday to Hawaii together, Jasmine's closest friend, Cerys, a Police Officer who Jasmine works with, secretly plots to make it one that Jasmine will never forget.
The holiday in Hawaii takes the girls to Pearl Harbour, Maui and the breath taking beaches and scenery of the paradise islands. They experience the exquisite Hawaiian cuisine and sample one, or two, or three of the famous Polynesian cocktails. Their adventure takes them on a journey of laughs, love, sex and heavy petting, lots of tears and peril until an earth shattering secret is exposed.....

Jasmine soon realises she has come to a cataclysmic juncture:-not only must she challenge her hopes and worries about love, she must examine all of her assumptions; her passions; her ideas about life and the way she has lived it.
