A family history, shrouded by lies and mystery, is revealed when she learns of her grandmother's passing and the truth her mother was desperate to hide. In her search for answers, Everleigh travels to her grandmother's cottage. Following the instructions in a cryptic letter she left her, and after getting lost, Everleigh meets Jack Killian, who guides her the rest of the way to Mallard Pond.
