The sea divides the land of Blue Planet into four continents: the Dark Dragon, the White Tiger, the Suzaku, and the Turtle Snake. On the White Tiger Continent, there is a mysterious free, equal, and happy land called UBI. Many species live here, and various times and spaces are interlaced.

Apola is the guardian of UBI. However, Ubians respect each other’s privacy and do not know his identity. Apola picked up a baby girl from the blue lotus pond in his front yard right before a cold dawn with a blue moon. The baby was Blue Lotus. The story begins here.
