Rooster: Time Served MC: Nomads

Rooster Mannin is happy with the life he’s created. He should be happy surrounded by family in the place where he grew up, but lately, he has started to feel like something important is missing. With a thriving business in the mountains of Red River, New Mexico and a little girl who holds his entire heart in his hands, Rooster loves not just his life, but his job, his home, and the comfort he’s found after years spent in prison for a crime he still has no remorse for committing.

Rosie Jacobs has lived in Rojo her entire life, an integral part of the group of friends who are more like family, but for some reason, she feels like it’s time for a change. She has a successful career, a home of her own, and a life that most people can only dream about. Even though she knows she should be happy, there’s one thing she wants to accomplish and staying in the comfortable life she’s made for herself won’t help her reach her goal.

A chance encounter and then weeks of silence makes Rooster and Rosie’s next meeting quite a shock, but their close proximity to each other gives them the opportunity to explore what they’ve both wanted since the night they first met.
