A Convenient Lie by Eliza Rodgers
Anelia Whelan is, above all, a practical woman. So when her best friend James proposes a marriage of convenience that could solve both of their problems, she agrees. Their marriage is ideal in all aspects at first - plenty of white-hot lovemaking and the solution to both of their troubles, getting Anelia's meddlesome family off her back and allowing James to take control of his family finances. But too soon, Anelia's tender emotions start to take control, while an old flame of James' comes back to make her play. Anelia must choose to follow her heart or head.
