Kareem's new found status as a hustler doesn't last long after he receives some unsettling news and has to make some last minute changes to his plans to take over the city. Karma comes at him full throttle, and there isn't much that he can do to escape it. A string of unfortunate events lead him right back to his enemy: Mayhem.

Mayhem survives the attempt on his life and returns to the street with an agenda.He has a vendetta to handle and money to make. Mayhem is also juggling the trials and tribulations that come along with relationships. Insecurities, secrets, and trust issues all threaten to ruin the relationship he has with the love of his life, Tia. Mayhem is juggling a lot, but he has to get it together quickly, because as the city's newest plug, not being on top of his game could cost him his life, or his freedom.
