Jackie Pearson breathes football. At 5'4 and 120 lbs she never really had a shot at playing but she now has the next best thing: a coaching job at the high school she graduated from.

Her best friend, Lucas Walker, is the head coach and together they've been improving their school's football program each year.

This season, a new student, Derek Swanson, stirs things up. He's miles ahead of their current quarterback and quickly takes over the starting position.

It doesn't take long for both Lucas and Jackie to take notice of Derek's mother, Karen Swanson.
