River Inn by Jason Collins
When Daniel Gibbs is asked to sell his beloved River Inn to a major hotel chain, he initially refuses to entertain the idea. Daniel recently inherited the inn from his grandmother, and he isn’t prepared to let go of the lifetime of memories he built in the home. But when Caleb Sullivan, a handsome executive representing the large company, arrives to negotiate with Daniel, he begins to reconsider his position.

Their relationship gets off to a rocky start, and Caleb’s initial offer for the business is shockingly low, but Daniel soon realizes that Caleb is interested in more than just acquiring the inn. As the two men begin to grow close, Daniel learns that Caleb is being forced to negotiate for River Inn on behalf of his father, the owner of the hotel chain. Caleb confesses that he has spent a lifetime hiding his true self from his conservative father, and he wants Daniel’s help in finally revealing who he really is.

As Daniel struggles to save the inn, his ex-boyfriend Parker arrives in town, appearing at his front door and claiming that he still loves him. Parker puts forth his best efforts to win Daniel back, but Caleb isn’t finished fighting for him yet. Faced with a failing business, Daniel must choose between an old, familiar love, and a new, exciting opportunity with Caleb.
