Baltair: A Time Travel Romance

Baltair is excited to see Ellie. But he tries to stay stone-faced and keep his distance. Chances are, loved ones (like him, possibly) will die in the upcoming battle, so he’s trying to keep his feelings in check.

Ellie tells him they’ve got a translation of Ciaran’s part of the book. This is exciting news. They head off to find Eoin to travel back in time.

An assassin, hidden among the soldiers, leaps out and tries to kill Ellie. Baltair stops him immediately, and has him dragged off for questioning.
