The psychic keeps telling Maddie that there are ghosts in her old boarding house. This isn’t a horror story. This is the story of Maddie, Nathan, and their crazy tenant Harley.

Maddie and Nathan purchased an old boarding house and inherited its eclectic tenants. Now Maddie is on a deadline from her mortgage company to take the dumpy house back to its historic charm. During the renovations a brooch appears from seemingly nowhere. Maddie calls a psychic to learn the origin of the pin. Soon, all the house tenants are attending a séance to try and see if there are ghosts living amongst them and to answer the question: Why are they here?
