Bound By Blood by Julie Law
Bound by Blood
When her sister is kidnapped, Erika is willing to do anything to get her back, even sell herself to the master vampire that rules the vampires of New Port. Amelia is old and powerful, and with her help Erika might be able to free her sister, Anya, from Gregory’s clutches.

It won’t be easy though. Gregory rules one of the more dangerous covens in town, and there’s a pact between the covens of the city – called the Conclave – that makes it so the vampires can’t fight a coven, not without clearing it with the others first. Fortunately, Erika is a witch, and the fact she was the one that asked for the vampires’ intervention made the politics of it all a little murkier. It helped that most witches hated Gregory.

And if worrying about not starting the next supernatural war in New Port wasn’t enough, Erika finds herself drawn to Amelia, knowing it was mutual. There were more important matters to contemplate and she knew it, but her heart still started beating faster when Amelia was near, and the vampire was gorgeous. Too gorgeous to resist…
