I gave up on the idea of romance after my ex’s abuse left me homeless. With the help of my best friend, I started a new life for myself, stronger than before. Now I’m striving for my own goals, and not some man’s. I will become the bad ass kitchen witch and history nerd I’ve always wanted to be.

I’m not going to risk it all over a trip to the Renaissance Fair and a hunky blacksmith even if his muscles, piercings, and tongue do things to me I’ve never dreamed of.
