Oracle: Origin by D.R. Rosier
Bill Callahan, columnist, blogger, superhero, is Oracle. It isn’t easy being a hero, especially a D-Class one with a single power. Seeing the future was a huge edge, even for an otherwise normal human, but he still had to carefully choose his battles.

Two weeks had passed since The Harbinger had endangered all their lives, and he had started a relationship with both Janice and Kate, in addition to Sara. He was slowly coming around to the idea it wouldn’t all blow up in his face one day, maybe. They’ve also been busier the last week than they ever have been before.

A major crisis, a worldwide crisis strikes, and his powers to see the future are worthless. The percentage of quickening supers rises quickly, and the Earth itself seems to be in danger. They aren’t sure what they can do if anything, but they know they have to find the truth about supers if they have even a chance of fixing things. They need to discover…
The Origin.

Content Warning: Not suitable for children. This is a superhero story with a slow burn harem romance element, including explicitly mature scenes between a man and a woman, and other mature content. This third book goes deeper into the harem aspect, and has one group sex scene with a man and three women. You have been warned.
