Paige is so upset over Dario finding out the truth, she leaves town, and Maverick comes along for the ride. They spend the weekend together and finally admit their feelings for one another. On returning to Colorado, Dario confronts Paige and all the secrets from last year spill out. Afterward, she takes comfort in Maverick, and just when she thinks things are going back to normal, Maverick starts acting differently. Fighting with his brother, not wanting to go out, avoiding everyone. Paige knows he's hiding things from her, but she has no idea how deep his secrets go until it's too late, and she finds herself caught up in the middle.
