Former Carver High art teacher Onyx Brown has two plans this Christmas break: Make money and stay so busy she doesn't have time to think the tough choice she made six years ago. There are no stockings hung on the chimney with care because she couldn't give a care! This Christmas means one thing for her: being depressed about her lost dreams of having a music career.

Then she meets Sean "Tank" Jones and things change. He's an investor with an eye out for new music talent for his indie label. He's cute and funny but the brother has more baggage than Marco Polo. Tank's set his sights on her elderly sax-playing uncle so Onyx is determined to get to the bottom of angel's entertainment scheme in this Christmas-themed short story.
