Betrayed by Luna White
Jade Taylor refuses to get involved with her rugged step-brother and raging criminal, Patrick O’Donnell, especially after discovering that he’s actually got a girlfriend, or so it seems. Her ambition to take down the mafia increases tenfold, now it’s not so much about catching the culprit and more about catching Patrick, so she can get him out of her life for good. The only problem is, she can’t shake the constant need for him, the love he’s unlocked within her.

Jade is desperate to make her mark on the case and prove herself as a good cop, but she’s torn by her need to condemn her step-brother while resisting the urge to strip him naked at the same time. To make matters worse, the clues in the case just don’t add up, and the heat is building: an all-out mob war is on the cusp of breaking out between the Italians and the Irish, and there’s nothing she can do to stop it, short of getting involved herself. The stage is set, and the interference of a particularly handsome Italian ‘stallion’ only makes matters worse.
