And I’m at my wits’ end with trying to balance everything, including being the best soccer player on the field, until she shows up. The best part? She’s not having any of my crap. Not a drop of my masculine, rock-your-world moves or anything else I’m trying to pull out. Lucky for me, she’s not getting away that easily. She’s working for my dad now. And where I wasn’t at all interested in putting in my time, now I’m all for it. I’ve got my work cut out for me with this goodie-two-shoes. She doesn’t know what she’s missing. The way she looks, smells, laughs is killing me.I fell in love with my sister’s best friend. To top it all off, she’s brilliant. And I’m failing Chemistry.Of course, when I get her help, she’s laidback about it. Charming and helpful as always, like she doesn’t know how much I want her. I’ve got to play it cool and let her see a different side of me. Melt the ice-man I’ve been just to keep myself in check.She’s the woman I want in my life forever.

Water, waves, and women. That’s my focus for my time at Pro-U. As it should be for a guy who looks like me. Unfortunately, I failed English the semester before and now I’m scrambling to keep my spot on the swim team and on the campus. The last place I expected to find help was from a hot goodie-goodie on the girls’ team. I mean, good girls are good for Sunday mornings and taking home to Mom, but it’s the bad girls that keep the sheets warm... moreWater, waves, and women. That’s my focus for my time at Pro-U. Taking up my thoughts and filling my head with the crazy notion of wanting to heal her wounds and make up for the jacked-up past she’s lived through. Love isn’t for me. It’s too messy. Too complicated. I like still, smooth waters, but this girl ain’t having it. She’s living up my life with her smile and soft touch. She’s doing what the bad girls do but I somehow failed to notice it until I started to drown in wanting her:Always making waves. less
