Amos' Dilemma by Rebekah Fisher
A Sweet Amish Romance Series
This sweet Christmas series takes place in Creekside Mills, the same town that Rebekah's previous series, Kauffman's Kitchen is based. Follow the journey of each of these new characters, as they must contend through their struggles, but ultimately find joy and love. They may even be seen popping into Kauffman's Kitchen occasionally...

This first story features Amos Helmuth. His ailing father is begging him to take over the family farm but he started up a wood-working shop in town instead, in fear of being shackled to the farm forever. His heart is growing more and more wayward of the Amish way of life even though his father's failing health is causing the farm to fail.

An Englisher, Charlotte Shaw, who is traveling for a year before starting college, decides to spend the Christmas season in Creekside Mills. Stopping in to look at the handmade furniture, Amos and Charlotte seem to develop an instant connection with each other.

As they begin to spend more and more time together, they develop strong feelings for each other and Amos wishes for nothing more than to become English and free - but Charlotte finds herself yearning for the quiet Amish way of life.
What is to become of Amos and Charlotte's relationship? And to the family farm...
